Before shampooing, dampen your hair and apply Elasticizer in sections. Combine a quarter size amount of Elasticizer with half as much water and mix until slightly liquidy. Work into your hair with fingertips, then rinse well. Apply Body Building Shampoo to wet hair and lather well, gently kneading the scalp. Rinse and follow with Moisture Balancing Conditioner. Work into hair, particularly mid lengths and ends. Rinse well.
